Chocolate bar "Don Maximo 80%" - Qantu

On his six hectares of mysterious, hilly forest near Cusco, Peru, our hero Don Máximo plants, harvests, ferments, and dries the cacao himself. In Elfi and Maxime's eyes, Máximo is a hero; they admire his dedication to cacao cultivation and the preservation of its pure and rare varieties. Máximo is so proud of his latest batch that he refused to mix it with his other beans.
