This chocolate bar is inspired by the love story of Elfi and Maxime, the founders of Qantu. Peru provides the cocoa beans, while Quebec adds its iconic maple syrup. A touch of fleur de sel from Maras, an ancient salt mine in Cusco where our two chocolatiers met, enhances the whole experience. A perfect match!
