"Gran Blanco 70%" chocolate bar - Qantu

Every year, Elfi and Maxime travel to Piura to select the cocoa beans for their Gran Blanco chocolate bars. They are proud to work with such a precious raw material, sourced from just five producers. The agricultural cooperative was founded by about thirty families, all committed to preserving the white cocoa tree of the region.
